1 Introduction

4 Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jijievo account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. jijievo will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat — any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify jijievo support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party. jijievo will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification. jijievo is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where the player has failed to take adequate security precautions or has shared their credentials with a third party.

4.3 Account Inactivity

jijievo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jijievo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. jijievo is not responsible for any financial losses you incur while using the platform, provided that games have operated in accordance with certified RNG standards and these Terms. You accept full personal responsibility for any decisions to deposit funds and place wagers on jijievo.

Any reference to Philippine law in these Terms includes applicable national legislation, executive orders, implementing rules and regulations, and regulations issued by relevant Philippine regulatory bodies.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.
